L2 Desktop Support Engineer

 

Location: Dubai, UAE
Not visit visa will be faciliated
Arabic basic, English Fluent

*Responsibilities:*
* Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
* Perform software installation, updates, and patch management.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and application-related issues.
* Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
* Support email configuration (Outlook/Office 365) and network connectivity.
* Ensure proper ticket documentation and closure through ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).
* Assist with device inventory, asset tagging, and hardware replacement.
* Provide user guidance and basic IT training for common issues.

*Requirements:*
* 2–4 years of experience in IT desktop support.
* Proficient in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
* Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Familiar with remote support tools and endpoint security solutions.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
