We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support Engineer to support one of our major clients in Dubai. This is a fully remote freelance position. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, system management, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of IT support or system administration experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and networking

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Intune, or Azure

• Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
