IT Support cum Networking Officer

HRSG is currently hiring for the following position.
Position Title: IT Support cum Networking Officer
Location: Lahore
Salary Range: 80k To 90k

Job Responsibilities:

·Provide first-line technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and network issues).
·Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
·Manage and monitor LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity to ensure optimal performance.
·Perform regular system backups, updates, and security checks.
·Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems promptly.
·Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
·Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and maintenance.
·Support implementation of new IT systems and technology projects.
·Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.

Requirements:

·Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
·1–3 years of experience in IT support and networking (or equivalent).
·Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls).
