 About the Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for technical support, system maintenance, and ensuring seamless daily operations across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
 Manage user accounts & access (Active Directory, M365)
 Maintain and troubleshoot devices & connectivity
 Support onboarding/offboarding processes
 Keep IT records and documentation up to date

 Requirements

 Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science
 1–3 years of IT Support or Helpdesk experience
 Strong knowledge of Windows / macOS & Networking basics
 Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

 Bonus Points

 M365 or Google Workspace experience
 CompTIA / ITIL certifications
 Basic knowledge of Azure / AWS Cloud
