Position: Oracle Developer
Role Summary:
• Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle-based ERP modules to support core business operations.
• Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
• Optimize database structures, queries, and performance for reliability and scalability.
• Design and implement data integration, reporting, and automation solutions across Oracle applications.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational IT standards.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance existing ERP functionalities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to modernize and digitalize business processes.
• Document technical processes, system configurations, and development changes.
Qualifications & Experience:
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as an Oracle Developer with expertise in Forms, Reports, SQL, and PL/SQL-based application development.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows, data structures, and business process mapping.
• Certifications in Oracle technologies or ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
