IT Support & System Administrator

We’re Hiring – IT Support & System Administrator (healthcare experience must)

Location: Dubai, UAE
salary: 9000/-

we are looking for a skilled IT professional to support our growing operations.

The role will cover hardware, software, networking, and medical device support to ensure smooth business and clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide day-to-day IT support (PCs, laptops, printers, MS Office, email).

 Support Implementation of CRM, HRMS and other platforms.

 Manage networks, servers, and security systems.

 Troubleshoot and maintain hardware/software.

Support integration & troubleshooting of medical devices.

 Ensure backups, security, and data protection.

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or related).
 4 years IT support/system admin experience.
 Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking.
 Experience with healthcare/medical devices is a must.
 Problem-solving attitude & excellent communication skills.
