IT Service Desk

Nair Systems is hiring an IT Service Desk Engineer for their Qatar operations . The job requires:

- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Solid helpdesk/technical support experience

- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise apps

- Familiarity with ITSM systems

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot issues

- Network support experience a plus

- ITIL Foundation certification is an added bonus
