Desktop, laptop & third-party application support (Retail PRO experience is a plus)
Managing IT assets including servers, routers, switches, firewalls & more
Backup, restoration, and IT security compliance
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science (Master's preferred)
3–4 years of proven experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management
