Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Helpdesk Support Engineer, you will:
Provide remote helpdesk support for international clients, primarily in Australia.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply!
Communication: Must have strong English communication skills.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Azure, and other common IT support tools.
Good understanding of On-Prem and Cloud environments.
Bonus: A background in call centers is a plus.
